Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide — typically name, email, phone, property address and message. Technical logs may include IP address, browser type and pages visited, so we can keep the site secure and working.

Cookies

This site uses the measurement services listed below, and they set cookies in your browser. Your browser also holds a small amount of information for the length of your visit only — for example, so a prompt you have already dismissed does not reappear on the next page.

One of the services above is used for advertising. That means what it records about your visit may be used to decide which advertisements you are shown elsewhere, including on Facebook and Instagram.

How we use your information

Lead details are sent to our central lead endpoint and forwarded to Matt so they can respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information. We use the measurement described under Cookies above to see which parts of the site are read, and to measure advertising. We do not use it for anything else.

Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To request access or deletion, email matthew.gibson@raywhite.com or hello@airea.co.nz.
